Events & Marketing Partner

SUNRISE
FAIRS LLC

Three community fairs. One development arc. Sunrise Fairs turns the construction of the SLC into a public celebration — from the first seed planted to the final ribbon cut.

Their Role

THE COMMUNITY
HEARTBEAT

Sunrise Fairs LLC is the bridge between the Sacred Land Collective and the community it serves. Through a three-phase event series, they transform the development process into a living, breathing public experience — giving community members, vendors, funders, and press a front-row seat to every stage of construction.

Each fair serves a dual purpose: as a community marketplace that generates economic activity for local vendors, and as a strategic communications tool that keeps the SLC story in front of funders, media, and potential partners at every critical milestone.

Sunrise Fairs also manages all ongoing marketing, brand identity, and social media for the SLC development plan — ensuring the project's story is told consistently and compellingly from groundbreaking to grand opening.
